Happens every time

Happens every timeAll these stories and news come out spreading negativity about 
a certain sector and drive all the share prices down and the same guys who put out the negativity scoop up all the cheap shares. The small investor gets the shaft every time. In the next few months all these so called analysts will say how cheap the sector is and that it is ready to soar! What a scam!!
