RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Competitively bid vents? Providers fear worstasking for share price comments is a waste of time. 
Stock is down because of 2 glitchy quarters in a row, exacerbated by 
the faulty guidance given on the Q2 call. 
With no news likely until the Q4 results next year, the window was opened to beat the competetive bidding horse once again. 

Hats off to the shorts on this one!

hopefully, the company can start to learn they have to get out in front on communicating emerging issues.
