I found this report on MorningStar which shows which funds and institutions are buying and selling TMR. I'm not sure exactly how to read it, but I believe it represents the net change in shares in the previous month. It's currently showing up until Oct 31st.  According to this report, BlackRock is not dumping - why would they? I think this is a chance for them to average down like everyone else. 

In October the bulk of the selling came from Sentry and Schroder. The top 20 funds holding TMR they were net sellers in October, selling 365,000 shares than they purchased. Of those same top 20 funds, 8 were net buyers in October.
