Yo Wineaux:

Yo Wineaux: As of 2/28/2019, the Blackrock Interim Report suggests that The WGF owns 9,184,431 shares. The Morningstar report that you referenced (a/o 11/20/2019?) shows BGF World Gold Fund owning 8,724,163. Just below the BGF World Gold reference, there appears the Black Rock International Gold Fund owning 2,288,333 shares. The WGF and Intl Gold Fund are separate entities and the share amounts should not be compared for comparison. The WGF appears to have 50+ holdings. It would not be unusual to for the portfolio managers to redistribute capital to those companies that appear to have higher near-term prospects. Yep, I believe that Blackrock is selling. Now that they are below 10%, no need to report and SEDI silent.
