yearly bonus

I sure hope they don't pay themselves a bonus this year, just for showing up at work. This company is very management heavy & should get rid of the under perfoming personell. Bonuses are a reward for exceeding your goals & expectations. I don't see any of that here. Shareholders should get a bonus for putting up with this BS.
