RE:15 YEARS!!!

RE:15 YEARS!!!Not quite 15 years but I have been following Orca for a while and made my first purchase in the $2  range post financial crisis and have added throughout the years.

Swala continues to be interested in the company at what based on valuation is a low price. ($8.25 per share or a slightly lower price with Swala shares) But as to what the stock has been trading at it is a premium. The board did not consider the offer due to the value and the lack of confidence in Swala's ability to close any deal, but Swala continues to show interest.

Management have been given a good amount of RSU's and SAR's all while trading slight over cash, share price has be lackluster though the NCIB, dividend and strong financial position we are in is in large part due to the team.

I share your frustration with the lack of return. RBC has been hired for almost 3 months, I don't see why they can't work with Swala to help them with somekind of financing package to purchase Orca at a price that the board would be interested in bring to us shareholder to vote on.
