Are companies not allowed to change their plan if the market changes? They saw that right now cash is king. Instead of spending all their money and being forced to raise in a bearish market, they hit the pause button until the market is right. Allowing them to make shorter term gains without over exposing themselves.
Make sense now? I actually prefer that a company adjust their plans to market conditions. Being dynamic is very important. Cacoon is actually a much better opportunity than people realize.
Anyways when you rationally evaluate the decisions the company makes. It all makes sense.
