he wasnt CEO until recently -

his presentation was a complete joke with a water filled open pit as the beginning of the presentation 

he has been with the company a long time but he hasn't done much to make it to what it is today - 

there are many other factors involved holding his hand. and since becomming CEO he has managed to just becme mr ceo and not actually do anything - 

he's only wexford's puppet - 

John Hicks the chairman can do more iwth one phone call then this guy - 

only encouraging thing akiba has done is buy more shares for him self iwth his own money showing investors there is a great projject here -
