RE:RE:RE:RE:Ok starting over

RE:RE:RE:RE:Ok starting overThe other part of this is way too much is riding on Alison as the queen of cannabis. What if she were to leave the company?  A big part of the picture is the women’s cannabis wellness niche. I honestly do hope you guys are right and I hope you prosper well. I hope North does well.

But I just know too much about this industry to daydream over north anymore. They have a lot of work to do. If they do it I’ll be very happy for them. We thought the farm was all taken care of, and then we find out that next year they will have qualified staff and drying space. Ok great. Anyone know anything about the quality of staff for processing, packaging or who is leading that?

When growing outdoors everything else is harder than overseeing the grow. On top of that the grow seemed to go well. It’s what happens after the grow that costs more money and requires efficient and competent staff and managers in order for a company to do well.

In our operations I can find people left and right that want to grow. You know what’s hard to find? Good fast bud trimmers, excellent packaging managers who have excellent quality control (spotting seeds, small spots of mold etc) people who can knock out thousands of gummies in a day, inventory managers who can keep track of everything, a great compliance manager who makes sure you don’t have to waste product. It takes several years to get a great team together that clicks. And it’s very very expensive at first. I just have a different perspective being in the industry and having started operations from the ground up in several states. You always run into the same growing pains.

I hope they pull it off. I wish I could see how they are looking behind the scenes. Think they would allow me to do a walk through?
