The explanation is pretty simple.
Dan and some of his board members were simple minded fools that did nothing original. They looked at other MJ companies and said if they are doing it we should do it too.

They spent shares like drunken sailors buying things that did nothing for the company.

I  kept dropping my share count down to 39K shares and was quite ready to close my position.

New management came in just in time to convince me to wait and so far I like what they are doing, unfortunately what they need to do is get rid of the silly mistakes Dan made without going bankrupt and reorganize the company. I believe they will accomplish that task.

So I have been buying back in when an opportunity presents itself and I  am currently at 124K shares. However you need to do your own DD this is just my opinion.
