RE:RE:what if Baker raises the offer to $12.25?No one knows exactly the fair value of HBC is. However, it seems that around $12.25 is the sweet spot that all parties may accept.
-- For Baker&Friends: for sure, they can still make tons of money from the real estate for paying this price ... actually they will benefit most from this deal.
-- For Catalyst, I believe their average cost is around $10.11. After expenses, they can make a decent gain of 20%.
-- For BOD and special committee, they have the good-enough cover since this price is the high end of TD estimate they've received.
-- For small shareholders like us, well, who care us?
