One wonders if this is a going concern. At 15 cents raising  Money is highly dilutive and extending their debt repayments 4 times or so is not very encouraging. Then theres the news paper articles mentioning that non of this will ever be profitable....and no road nothing has been done to date except talk. Nighhtmare.
