RE:This should be jail time --- 6Th Waves "REE patents"

RE:This should be jail time --- 6Th Waves "REE patents"( 2 of 2 ) The "REE ability" Izatt just said Gluckman did not disclose about his Patent: " In one of the embodiments the MIPs of the present disclosure can be useful for detection and/or removal of rare earth metals (REMs) or elements (REEs). Due to the fact that the physico-chemical properties of REEs are very similar, their separation from each other can be very difficult using conventional separation methods REMs or REEs of the present disclosure is defined as one of a set of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, specifically the fifteen lanthanides (e.g., cerium (Ce), dysprosium (Dy), erbium (Er), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), holmium (Ho), lanthanum (La), lutetium (Lu), neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), promethium (Pm), samarium (Sm), terbium (Tb), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb) as well as scandium (Sc) and yttrium (Y)". That's it. That's all of it. A basic statement. It then goes back to what it's purpose is...replacing carbon capture in gold processing. Not REE investigating, no explaining how it "could" be applied to REE's. Nothing. You can't make this bs up!! This patent is related to 6Th Waves work for years with Kinross Gold. Google them. I don't have the news right now. This patent was filed June 2016 & issued Nov. 2016. Anyone think any kind of "REE patent" is granted in 5 months? Even if for 1 of 15 elements. Patent Classification: Gold. https://patents.justia.com/patent/9504988 -- --- The second Patent he mentioned: WO2018085626A1 ---- " In a particular embodiment, the MIP beads of the present disclosure are useful for selectively sequestering metals, such as mercury from mining operations. The mining of such metals typically involves crushing the gold and/or silver ore (containing mercury impurities), and then the metal is extracted from the crushed ore with concentrated cyanide solutions to form an aqueous solution containing soluble cyanide complexes, for example Hg(CN)4 2- and inter alia various copper, nickel, zinc, cobalt, chromium, and iron salts. Because of the toxicity of mercury salts, it is desirable to selectively remove mercury salts without affecting the yield of precious metals (gold and silver). In one of the embodiments the MIPs of the present disclosure can be useful for detection and/or selective removal of rare earth metals (REMs) such as Sc(C03>3J- or rare earth elements (REEs) in the presence of other REMS. Due to the fact that the physico- chemical properties of REEs are very similar, their separation from each other can be very difficult using conventional separation methods. However, such separations of Sc from REMs can be efficiently carried out with the MIPS of the present invention, as disclosed herein. [0057] REMs or REEs of the present disclosure is defined as one of a set of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, specifically the fifteen lanthanides (e.g., cerium (Ce), dysprosium (Dy), erbium (Er), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), holmium (Ho), lanthanum (La), lutetium (Lu), neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), promethium (Pm), samarium (Sm), terbium (Tb), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb) as well as scandium (Sc) and yttrium (Y)". ---- Same general statement. Neither patent spent a dime on proving up REE's. Neither is classified as REE. Neither patent investigator even compared or cited anything related to other REE patents. ---- Nothing. This second one is also related to a recent news release 6Th Wave released I think a couple months ago. This is flat out, intentional misrepresenting to deceive & lie. 6Th Wave is only guilty of being innovative. Izatt said ...... "Importantly, Gluckman admits that 6th Wave possesses technology for the extraction of rare earth metals". No he did not and these patents mention a potential application, not "for" REE's. Wow. Izatt needs to be jailed for the extremities of this stuff. ---- https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2018085626A1/en
