Visited another Colombian cannabis farm in a crappy locationOh boy . So we visited another farm very close to our site, like less than and hour drive. The facilties were very well done , impressive to say the least. I had a tour of the grounds with the site manager. We walked and talked for an hour . It became obvious to me that they had no cannabis pro on the team. And the ground appeared to be saturated although it was a nice sunny day, then the site owner said oh ya it rains eveyrday at 4 pm we have 15 min before it starts .. and sure enuf it started ...like a 25 mm rain no small sprinkle . We contiued the tour and I felt warm and fuzzy about our amazing location which is dry and sunny and considerably less humid . The point here is latino machismo is why this project and so many will fail. Lack of clear vison and knowledge of what cannabis requires to thrive . A nice fancy facility -great - all the money in the world-great. But you can fix a bad spot . Highlighting the need for a cannabis pro on the project from inception. Any decent grower would know from a quick site visit that this site isnt a spot to grow . Sure cannabis is a weed and it will try to live almsot anywhere , but for commercail viablity you need a few things . And one of them is the proper climate , temps , humidity , exposure and air flow ....Cheers people do you due diligance and dont fall for pics of fancy facilites .....
