You're right about that.

Could someone refresh my memory regarding the ownership of patents of that agreement?  I seem to recall perhaps Global was retaining the patents and all future rights to any other devices while perhaps Medical was going to own the rights to the CSS itself - minest royalties?  I could certainly be wrong on this though, this is quite a ways back.  Probably on SEDAR...

Perhaps the legality of this agreement could be questioned later on - Bakema being CEO of both companies when this "deal" was made, seems like there was a major conflict of interests and not so sure he acted in the best interests of Medical stakeholders, but obviously there are many much more important things that need to happen before even thinking about this.
