RE:Eight Capital coments on Nemaska Lithium Inc.

RE:Eight Capital coments on Nemaska Lithium Inc.During CC with PG comment that part of fund in addition to C$600M could be raise in stage and with more favorable term, but as no trust in GB rosy glass view wait and see.

Not sure for revision of offering price at 25 cents, stock volume low and too easy to push down, not impossible PG commitment at 25 cents is firm offer. At 25 cents already an excellent long term investment for PG.

Project financing discussions advancing. A mid-November update suggested that Pallinghurst was still willing to invest and backstop the entire C$600 MM funding gap that is required. We do worry that terms of that initial agreement may need to be amended given that NMX is trading at $0.18/sh and the original terms of the deal with Pallinghurst and parallel rights offering had suggested investment at $0.25/sh. This could add further dilution and potentially result in Pallinghurst owning a much larger block in NMX than anticipated.
