RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Seems to me ... Hey, look what I found out! If you Are near downtown toronto you can sit in on the next hearing the OSC has with catalyst and hbc. Or any other one unless it is noted as 'in camera' might be fun! Maybe some doughnuts!
Thank you for your inquiry to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) concerning OSC proceedings.
Generally, OSC proceedings are open to the public, unless you see the terminology "in camera" listed in the proceeding announcement.
To find out when proceedings are taking place, you can review the "Upcoming Proceedings" section of our website, which can be accessed on our homepage at www.osc.gov.on.ca. Under the heading "What's New" on the left side of the page, you will see a link to "Upcoming Proceedings" which lists all of the scheduled proceedings in the next several months.
We recommend checking the website the morning of the hearing you wish to attend to ensure it has not been moved or rescheduled.
To attend, you simply come to our offices, go the 17th floor, unless the announcement indicates otherwise, and there will be signs regarding the room the proceeding is being held in.
