Who are these guys? Keith Stein is a friend of Gene Simmons' and maybe the person who talked former CEO Dan Kriznic into that mistake in the first place..
No idea who Paul Sparkes is.

IMO: this is good news - draining the final bit of the Gene Simmons swamp.

Former directors of GENE is now a pretty big list:
Dan Kriznic (ex-CEO)
George Kveton (ex-CEO)
Aaron Bowden (resigned June 2019)
Paul Sparkes (resigned Dec.2019)
Keith Stein (resigned Dec.2019)
