RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Just a caution . . . .I'm not sure about iphilatropic's past posts, but there is a real risk that not all product shipped ultimately sells to the end consumer, the stock goes to zero and we all lose our money.
Just because someone points out negative facts does not make them a basher. Likewise, just becuase someone points out positve facts does not make them a pumper. I myself have been accused of being both depending on what is being said.
Beleave owes its creditors over $4 million, including $1.6 million owed to the contractors working on Hamilton (but not including Auxly) pushes them into creditor protection as has been seen with other companies in the sector.
Beleave desperately needs money to bridge their losses until Hamilton is producing and will need to go to the market, but I am sceptical they will be able to raise money on good terms in this environment with their past track record.
Raising money through a brokered private placement will incur significant costs and be extremely dilutive (if successful). You would have to go to market at a discount (even at this market cap) and offer significant warrant coverage, which often means the investor hammers out the stock as soon as they can to recover their investment and use the warrants as their potential upside.
All to say, a negative outcome with this stock would seem just as likely (if not more) than a positive one and we owe it to each other to discuss them all.
