RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Buying on this dip. I do a bit of trading off and on and am in one of those trading moods lately, starting last week with KEY, PPL, and ALA. I also bought 1000 shares of BPY.UN this morning at $24.75. I'm looking for around a $25.15 or so sell price to pocket some pizza money.   :-)

I believe the true value of BPY is much higher than $30, however, it's possible that share price always trades at a discount to NAV. Even at $30, then it would still trade at more than 20% discount to NAV.
