1. Cresco is the largest operator in Illinois. Largest cultivation and best store locations.
2. Cresco won the retail lottery in Chicago. They won 2 licenses to open up recreational dispensaries in downtown Chicago(more than any other publicly traded MSO). This area is the most populated zone in Chicago and also gets large amount of tourists each year.
3. Recent funding and unlocks are out of the way. Cresco currently has one of the largest cash positions in the space.
