The only way I see this deal working is if we renogotiate the GT Deal to pay more cash than stock. I'm not aware of what assets they have in oregeon or washington, but they should be the first to sell. I wouldn't be disappointed if they sell the % of their facility in Pickering Ontario as well. The canadian regulatory drama is burdening the entire sector.
If those funds are not enough, we turn to Colorado. Anyone who has followed EAT has heard how saturated the market is, and the licensing problems. If manufacturing licensing isn't viable in the next 6 months, get rid of it and focus stricty on Cali and Nevada. These funds would likely be around >US$8M at minimum(Only canada/colorado faciility included)
Lastly, bring in that Golden triangle brands in bulk, and efficiently infuse CBD. Hardest part about that last case is CBD supplier/Brand packaging.
