RE:RE:RE:RE:background to the arrangement

RE:RE:RE:RE:background to the arrangementRE the packed up their offices quote - is this just a euphemism, or is this literal?

That was a euphemism.

You are correct in your comments.  They are well compensated and there has been nothing to indicate that the info they provided in the C Calls is incorrect.

I guess I should have asked the question to others on this chat board, but didn't so here it goes....

If ITC shareholders reject this deal then what will ITC become in the future?

Any bets on weather LTRX would sweeten the deal somewhat?

Here are my concerns, however some may look at them as opportunities:

- ITC has to fork over 850K USD.
- There is no way the current BOD can remain in place after shareholder rejection of their recommendation among other things.
- Tracy will have to go.  He was part of this.
- What is the state of ITC's current staff / talent?
- Since this was announced has there been any real ship jumping?  Jump now before being efficiency fauder.
- Who are the current main shareholders.  Somebody dumped over 3 million shares in the days following the announcement and somebody bought them.

It was clear to me after reading the "Background To The Arrangement" section that Tracy and the BOD didn't seem to see a path forward to significant enough growth that would increase shareholder value.  At least in the near term.
