2.0 slightly delayed

looks like theres still some hoops to jump through in Canada's 3 largest provinces. Quebec, Ontario and Alberta do not expect to see 2.0 hit the shelves until mid to late January according to this CBC article. Sit tight, 2020 should be a good uear for retail.
