Wizard Lake Asset Swap

Wizard Lake Asset SwapNot a fan of this deal. Too many "subject to"s with what is essentially an earn out agreement.

I would have more faith if Whitebark was a player in Aussie Oil and Gas but they are worse off than Point Loma with over 2 billion shares outstanding on a market cap of $30m. I'm not sure Whitebark can raise funds to cover their "subject to"s.

At least PLX is getting a short term cash injection.
