It also designs and manufacturers multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology for critical aerospace and defense applications.

RE:RE:UP ABOUT 24% IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

there was an article on stockwatch last week that said tourmaline is looking at acquisitions so if true you would think anyone in the montney like crew or painted pony could be in their sights.

the problem as you mentioned it is would take a hefty hefty premiun to get approved by either company's board and an all stock deal would be dead on arrival.
