RE:CONVERSION DATE

RE:CONVERSION DATEseealice2013,  I was wondering if you were still around or had totally dumped your ITC holdings.  The only thing I could find re converstion date is Jan 2020 sometime.  No specific date given.

Personally my bet is this will be accepted.  I don't know much about the fine movements in this process and I wonder if ITC gets a running tally of votes coming in so they have an indication as to which way this will go?  Or is it a sealed envelope to be opened on the Dec 30th So To Speak?  I suspect LTRX has a little wiggle room to increase the offer if they suspect it may get rejected, maybe another .10 per ITC share.  Also if there was a large ITC holder who was going to vote against the deal, this may have been communicated to ITC anyway.

If I was a large ITC holder as in a million plus shares and planned to vote against I would want to be certain there was going to be a plan put in place for growth if they go it alone. or at least LTRX would sweeten the offer a bit. Back to to 1.25 CDN on a million shares would be a drop of almost $400K based on the deal pricing of 1.68 CDN.  Not to mention the loss of liquidity to get out in case the go it alone version is ineffective. That being said my guess is any large shareholder who is going to vote against this will be smart enough to have a plan and not just vote against because they are ticked off.
