RE:RE:RE:RE:the dealIm voting against.  Sad fact that ITC will be left somewhat of a shambles if the deal does not go through - but I dont like being held hostage to a lousy deal by being punished if I dont vote for it.



You have to ask what the rationale is for such a lousy deal.  Its not like we needed to sell.

Q4 will be good, and 2020 would likely be very good.
