I hope not, if you mean someone making an offer that destroys effective management, loads up the company with debt to pay for the acquistion so they get it for free, strips off/sells assets, the cash to be mopped up with special dividends, and leaves an empty shell to go bankrupt after they clean out the till.
That's generally the plan of financial engineering, pioneered in the 1960s.
