RE:RE:CONVERSION DATE

RE:RE:CONVERSION DATEHi Humppyus,
Yep, still here but with a greatly reduced position.
Capital preservation on my remaining shares is my primary concern as opportunity for price appreciation I think has long ago abandoned this company. I recognized a while ago that their business model is flawed. Gross profit percentages as a function of revenue are low and would require a tremendous increase in revenue to move the needle, even though they are profitable.
Then there is the lost opportunity, more cutting while I have watched my modest position in another small tech company with corporate offices in Canada rocket in price appreciation in the last 3 months. Why? because of their business model and execution. Basically, they have a proprietary software that is a SaaS (software as a service) application. And have they executed--they have signed three tier one major pharma companies with more to come. Basically, a small bunch managing computer programmes with huge recurring revenues. Price appreciation has been swift in recognition of their potential. You shoud kick the tires on this one ( KSI----Kneat Cdn exchanges).
This is but one example of why I would like to unload the remainder before the hammer falls. If it doesn't go through it is too risky. There is no rapid upside if it does.
