RE:RE:RE:RE:Nemaska Lithium Seeks Creditor ProtectionNo this is not bad news for shareholders, the CCAA will most likely be approved which means creditors willnot be able to take any legal action against nmx. Considering all other options, This is great news for shareholders. Not only will creditors not be able to take legal action, interest will be frozen and debts payments will likely be made yearly instead of monthly. Nemaska wll be able to continue its operation without the fear of being sued
