CCAA is not bad, just trying to negociate the debt I don't see anything wrong with trying to negociate debt with creditors .. it's now the best time to do so. They are financially in trouble and creditors will most likely take anything they propose rather than nothing... 

I bet this is happening due to something larger they are trying to achieve and that's a deal and finish building what they started. 

I know it's hard to swallow the pill but I don't think it's over...
