Siskinds involve in Canada Lithium so could be a good start as knowledege of the field but Koskie Minsky and others reknowned also.

Very simple and quick process for first solid advice, lawyer could not sollicite customers contrarily to US but as soon launch they can sollicite others to join.

Feel normal that those with heavy losses move first, you can wait somebody move first but with the risk nothing happen and regret after to have not done it by yourself. Feel important to move very quickly, time play againt retails investors. In your case even a part of losses still lot of money.

Lawyers are paid on the outcome so they will jump in if think there is a value.

Situation at Nemaska is not the case of a company with huge pile of debts, sounds true that first goal is to renegociate some financing (indeed to force them) as first financing done by a gang of bozos (11.5% bonds ...). Bonds and interest already paid back, remain stream to payback (US$75M) but debt situation not catastrophic and mine is a valuable asset, few months ago it was mention mine alone worth C$1M, and at present retails own a part of it !!!

Good luck, Merry Christmas and keep us informed.
