RE:How late could a Superior Proposal arrive?If you are an interested party, why wait this late?  I somehow doubt Christmas dinner was being missed by some party because they were scurrying around to slide in a last minuit offer.  Don't get me wrong I would love to see one, however I am pretty much resigned to the offer we got.

I did find it interesting that ITC felt the need to put out a news release re: New Orders on Christmas Eve, which is a shortened trading day and not one where people are paying that much attention.
