Can someone explain me pleaseFor some days the vie were like 5600 buyer 5600 seller at 0.05.

This morning it's 1001 buyer 980 seller at 0.11.

Does this mean something or no? And can they remove the trade freeze et any time? Or they need to announce clear intention before reopening it?
