Percentage value of Tellerium in the deposit is minuscule

Percentage value of Tellerium in the deposit is minusculeThere are 414,000 tonnes in the indicated category containing:
68,000 oz of gold valued at $102 million @ $1500 POG
2,100,000 oz of silver valued at $38 million @ $18 POS
66,000 Kg of Tellerium valued at $3.3 million @ $50 per Kg

So at current prices Tellerium makes up roughly 2.3% of the insitu value of the metals which is insignificant. Even if the price of Tellerium were to go up 10 fold it would still amount to less than 25%. So all the talk/hype about Tellerium looks to me to be completely unwarranted. What am I missing ?
