Out of that scenario, there will be winners and wannabees.  I still think that the sun will shine on US mso's that are progressively moving forward with real intent to capitalize on the US investors.  US investors aren't going to let this lay much in limbo much longer, caused by inaction by their politicians.  When the US greenrush gets the green flag there are several companies already positioned with viable working cannabinoid sales through allowable channels like CBD and Pharma use.
Even WEED, Canopy Growth has dared to position itself in the US with CBD's, not to mention Acreage Holding's deal set to happen when the Feds get straightened out where Canopy Growth amalgamates Acreage into Canopy.  Canopy Growth imho is the frontrunner of potpreneurs in the world because they have made a lot of smart moves and acquisitions and got the attention of Constellation who opened the eyes of the world with $5 billion.
Investors in the greenrush are more fundamentalist now than when all of the wannabees showed up and commonsense will prevail.  glta and dyodd
