so if one company that did DD decided not to invest due to NMX not being fully unberden from previous BAD DEALS and BAD MANAGEMENT (commercial decisions of the past) who will?

This one time shot not going through is an even less chance for others to be interested.

whilst Pallinghurst still has positive views on the Project, given the new financial reality of the Project and the market conditions, without Nemaska being fully unburdened from certain commercial decisions of the past, Pallinghurst cannot invest in Nemaska
