You quote, word for word, the crafted text for public 
relations purposes.
Yet you know that the text is 100% BS.

If the text was true why did Pallinghurst not offer to buy 
shares at 20 cents? Acceptance would be near certain.

My observation is that the ore body has some fatal flaw.
The location is great. I do not know what the flaw is.
It may be too much contaminents. It may be that the rock is
very hard which adds to costs.  It may be that the experts who
calculated the costs were fools.  I do not know what it is.

But there is a whiff that some fatal flaw is in play.
The project is not yet fatally wounded but it is close
