Virtus Diversified Income & Convertible Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities, income-producing equity securities and income-producing debt and other instruments of varying maturities, of which at least 50% of total managed assets are invested in convertibles. The Fund has the latitude to write covered call options on the stocks held in the equity portion. The Fund's investment advisor is Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., and its investment subadvisor is Voya Investment Management Co. LLC.

MeatBar is a failure (no one is buying them) - even the BOD hate the name.

GoVeggie was a huge flop they over paid,  and the reason they are in the debt pain they are in now. The brand is not paying for itself by any means. = failure

Cedar was admitted to failing in the CC.  as no one wants press at the moment. 

Central Roast is the only winning brand right now..

and no one is buying anything for 20 mil why would they they can buy the whole company right now for half of this.

Also Matt will not sell because he ownes to much and is way to under. if he sells the company now he loses so much of his net worth.. bad place to be in when a CEO is so tied to a company.
means emotions are heavily involved. He has a family and all..

So if they can make the company profitable which is a miracle at this point then ok this will go up but that is a major long shot. This is a very small margin high cost business.
