This reminds me of a Company named Pinetree a few years back. You may get brief moments of hope because the shares are so cheap. But literally everything is a write off except DPM. The hotel was supposed to generate cash but I think it is a complete zero as well. The Preferreds hold their value because of DPM but if they get into debt all bets are off. Reminds me of a bad hockey team.
