Sometimes a small glitch can add up to a couple of weeks or more and this is what happens when things have to move between different departments and approval processes.Then add in the holidays.....everything stops Dec 20 and doesn't get back into full swing again until mid Jan. I doubt we here anything until next week sometime or later. To be expected.
