We still own the shares... its just not traded. Barring a worst case scenario, it should be relisted in 6 months or so. At that point we get it back and can trade. Its good that it is not trading now... there will be a lot of downward pressure with the fear. At a lower share price, we are worse off in the long run.

What happens next should be a restructure. Debt gets converted to equity - hopefully ~.25/share. That nordic bond claim should be released. Then, we can solicit financing needed to finish the project. A lot can happen (good and bad). But, the de-listing is good.
