RE: NEw holder

RE: NEw holder1/ recently their earnings have been revised down multiple times.
2/ they squandered previous earnings on overpaying for shares during their stock buyback, which undermines how much they reportedly earned.
3/ they've built an empire accumulating subpar assets.
4/ their share structure blocks any takeover offers.
5/ they pay a pittance of a dividend, less than inflation, and pales in comparison to the capital loss on the shares during the past 2-3 years.
6/ management culture is oblivious to any shareholder concerns as they get their bonus regardless of what happens.
7/ underlying commodity prices remain weak.
8/ new 52-week lows on the horizon as no big investors love what they see in teck.

despite all these facts,  i'm the bad guy for calling a spade a spade!
