Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Addl info on proposed consolidation

Addl info on proposed consolidationWas not happy with proposed consolidation per recent PR. Called co. at their contact us number on website and left message. Was a pleasant surprise when Mr. Lee returned my call last evening. He was still in Bolivia. Told him I cannot support consolidation unless I have more info on larger picture. What is rationale behind it, etc. Mr. Lee indicated that the proposal is part of plan to be listed on AMEX. They are applying for AMEX. Hope to be listed there in next 6 months. Consolidation will only occur if they are successful. The way I understood it, if AMEX application is successful, the consolidation would occur the same day the listing is effective. Mr Lee mentioned that per regulations they were not able to make reference to AMEX in the PR. But he was able to tell me this on phone and I can tell others etc. So sharing here. Eveyone has their own opinions, but speaking only for myself, I no longer have issue with consolidation if it helps facilitate AMEX listing and will only be done if AMEX listing is approved. Good luck to all. wm
