RE:RE:Analyst CoverageGreat comments. You forgot to include 360 Networks.......funny how that one went under and then the assets moved to another for pennies on the dollar (what does this look like for the weed sector). I've seen a lot of road rash over the years.
It is as you mentioned a great parallel and one of the reasons I have refrained from jumping on the weed wagon. Now I sit and wait for the carnage as the only longer term savior in my opinion would be significant growth in near term sales and the trends are not looking like that will happen or at least not to a level to ward off
Is cannibas 2.0 a catalyst? Likely have to wait 2 qrters to see what the uplift is. My guess is we will see incremental growth overtime and perhaps a one time early surge of consumers that will go and try edibles.
Question for me is what does ACB need to do before that time to ensure they are sufficiently liquid and how will this drive down share value.
The further the shareprice drops, the higher the dilution will be. There maybe other options available to the company but I cant see how they can avoid rolling back shares as part of a plan to raise capital. I'm not familiar with any company where pre-consolidation investors didn't get thumped on a roll back.
time will tell.
