Americas segment includes Dyno Nobel Americas, which manufactures and sells industrial explosives and related products and services to the mining, quarrying and construction industries in the Americas (Canada, Mexico and Chile) and initiating systems to businesses in Australia, Turkey and South Africa. It also manufactures and sells industrial chemicals.

that's what i've said before here. Cut the divy to around 5-6% yield, it might take a initial hit in share price but the balance sheet would be much stronger and SP will increase as more risk adverse investors would add ipl position. The capital gain will more than offset the smaller divy before heartland cashflow roll in.
