RE:RE:Could happen.Sunniva as the tenant has a lease agreement with Barker for 15 years plus another 2 five years. Now the two sides are battling for arbitration as the landlord has not completed the glasshouse and caused losses to its tenant. The landlord is trying not to go to arbitration as it is too obvious he will lose the case.
If the landlord sells the property, Sunniva has the priority to buy according to the lease. At this moment I do not think any buyer will take over this property as he also has to deal with the lawsuit. So if the landlord is not stupid enough, he will talk with Sunniva about a solution, and we can all expect the WIN WIN.
