When there is smoke you can expect to see fire.

My take on this is that they will try to find a buyer for the BT division in the near term... To much ongoing issues to solve with legacy projects. Burning cash like crazy and to much risk involve for this to become a never ending story plus they will need more ressources ready available for future projects if they want this cycle to end...

Sell their land and building in St-Laurent

Get out of the ACLP by the end of this fiscal year.

After all that’s done The Beaudoin family will have a clear path with their controling interest and will most likely get Bain Capital involve, pay the debts partialy and spin off the business jet division to a privitization process.
