Slide 17 of the investor presentation may be providing us with some clues. 

One thing seems clear to me for the immediate future - at its centre will involve the newly acquired Livecare assets, specifically telemedicine and its various manifestations (e.g. virtual clinics, second opinion services) and perhaps AI to help clinics reduce administrivia.
